What are your candles made of?
Rekindle candles are made from natural, botanical wax and premium Australian-made artisan fragrance oils. Our wax is slower burning and provides a cleaner burn, to reduce the impact on you and our environment.
Our signature candles are set in recyclable and reusable glass containers. We encourage you to reuse these. Wax can be easily cleaned out after use with warm soapy water.
Toxic-free. Petroleum & paraffin-free. Vegan friendly.

How long do your candles last?
As each candle is hand-made, the burning time can vary depending on the fragrance and the batch. Our 180g glass candles have an approximate burning time of 33 hours, and our 120g travel candles have an approximate burning time of 17 hours.
We recommend you do not burn candles for more than 3 hours at a time, as this will create excessive burning (and wastage) of wax as the flame becomes too hot.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our products come packaged in a presentation box that is ready for gifting.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow for 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation upon process of your order.
Please then allow 3 business days for standard delivery within Australian metropolitan cities, and 5 business days for standard delivery within Australian regional areas.
Please note: due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be delays in standard shipping. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this unprecedented time together.
What is your return policy?
At Rekindle, we want you to love your products as much as we do!
We value your feedback so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.
We will offer a refund if your item is damaged or faulty on arrival and you request for a refund. Alternatively, we can resend you the same product upon receipt and inspection of the original product.
Please email us and return the item within 7 days of receipt and specify whether you are requesting a refund or replacement product. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Please email return and refund requests to info@rekindlenatural.com along with photo evidence of fault/damage of the item. Upon receipt of your item, we will send you an email to notify you of whether your refund is approved.
We do not offer refund on sale items or change of mind.
